Distance Sales Contract

2. Subject of the Contract

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller's website. This contract is prepared in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and EU Distance Selling Regulations.

3. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU regulations, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the Buyer acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller via a clear statement (e.g., an email or written letter) before the period expires.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment must be made through the provided secure payment gateways (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.) before the delivery process begins.

5. Delivery and Performance

The Seller shall deliver the goods to the address specified by the Buyer within the estimated timeframe (usually 3-30 days depending on the region). The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or force majeure.

6. Resolution of Disputes

In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to reach an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the Bulgarian Courts and the Consumer Protection Commission (KZP) shall have jurisdiction. Buyers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
