1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via an unequivocal statement.

2. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the shipping process has started, the "Right of Withdrawal" rules will apply. For cancellations, please contact us immediately with your order number.

3. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

• The products must be in their original packaging.
• The products must not be used, damaged, or altered.
• For construction materials (tiles, ceramics, etc.), the items must not have been installed or applied.
• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return under EU law.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 days.
